In my opinion, the United States of America should invite to Venezuela and Bolivia to a diplomatic meeting. The best place is the UN or the OAS because It is neutral. The answer is not expelled theirs envoys. The United States of America needs oil from Venezuela, and Venezuela needs to sell his oil because they don’t have the technology for processing oil. The past Tuesday, all South Americans Countries had a meeting and they supported to Bolivia.
